Birding tours are only offered in South Eleuthera where we can see the smallest bird in the world, the bee hummingbird. On our bird watching expedition, we may also come across the Kirkland’s warbler that calls this island home for eight months out of the year.

We will enjoy fried fish at Anchor Bay in Governor’s Harbour on Friday nights and at Rock Sound from January through March. Other communities have a fish fry to raise funds for homecoming, offering us an authentic Bahamian experience!
